PURO L-TOD3 to support relaxation, concentration and sleep intake. Also suitable for the stressed and for you who need gentle support to calm down.

Cement extract containing omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acid obtained from herring roe. Omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, affect brain, eye and heart health.
L-teanin, an amino acid found naturally in green tea. It is commonly used due to its soothing properties.
Scutellaria, a plant of mint sex. In traditional plant health, it has been used, for example, to promote sleep and relieve anxiety.
Vitamin D3, which is needed for bone well-being and support for resistance.

Calcium carbonate, L-teanine, Cement ™ (herring roe), Scutellaria alpina (alpine goat noose), alfalfa (alfalfa), Nu-Flow® rice concentrate, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell).

Dosage under 4 years of age: 1 capsule before breakfast.
Children 5-12 years: 2 capsules before breakfast.
For children over 13 years of age and adults: 3 capsules before breakfast.

Capsules should be taken with water or juice, NOT with milk. Do not use the product if breakfast contains sugar (jam, chocolate cereal, etc.).
