Stress, physical work and exercise often increase the need for B vitamins. B vitamins you need, for example, to maintain resistance and to maintain the body's many functions.

Aito Active B-complex is versatile and contains all vitamins of group B, as well as chole and PABA. Important forms of vitamin B6, B12 and folate in active form, vitamin B6 as P5P and vitamin B12 in both adenoyl and methylcobalamin forms. The body is able to directly exploit vitamins in active form, in which case they do not need to be converted separately. The availability of vitamins in the body is promoted by the black pepper piperin contained in the preparation.
